The registration process will take 3-14 working days.

There is; the Entrance Examination is the registration path intended for:

• Prospective Students who enroll in Faculty of Medicine.
• Prospective student who failed in Direct Admission.
• Prospective students who come from Home Schooling and PKBM levels.
• Prospective Students who have a Paket C Certificate.
• Prospective Students who are deemed necessary to take the Entrance Examination by the UPH Marketing and Admission Department.

Yes. UPH offers several types of scholarships; they are:

1. Academic Achievement Scholarship. This type of scholarship is offered to prospective students who have achievements in the academic field.
2. Financial Aid Scholarship. This type of scholarship is offered to prospective students who need financial support in continuing their studies.
3. Sports Scholarship. This type of scholarship is offered to prospective students who have achievements in the field of sports.

Yes. UPH has a dormitory called MYC (Mission Youth for Christ) Residence. UPH dormitory is in Building C, 2nd Floor. For registration and further information, please visit http://myc.uph.edu or contact 021-5460901 ext. 1379.

The time needed to graduate and obtain a Bachelor Degree from UPH is 3.5 years. Except for medical study programs, the time required is 5 years.

UPH will not return the funds that have been deposited for any reason.

1. If the prospective students have not paid the tuition fee. Prospective students can buy a new registration form and choose the desired study program.
2. If the prospective students have paid the tuition fee. Prospective students can apply for a change major by selecting the Change Major menu found in the Registration Account they have, then fill out and upload the Change Major Form. If the application is approved, then the prospective students will be informed the amount of the outstanding fees that become the financial obligations of prospective students or the amount of deposit funds owned by prospective students. The applicable Tuition Fee is the Tuition Fee offered when the Major Change Application submitted by prospective students.

The choice of payment methods to pay the Tuition Fee are as follow: a.  BCA e-Payment ATM

1. Select OTHER TRANSACTIONS.
2. Select PAYMENT and NEXT SCREEN.
3. Select OTHER.
4. Enter the UPH Code 720015 followed by your Payment ID number.
5. Select CORRECT to make payment, make sure the invoice amount is accurate.

b.  BCA Virtual Account ATM

1. Select OTHER TRANSACTIONS.
2. Select TRANSFER and VIRTUAL ACCOUNT.
3. Enter UPH Virtual Account Code 75109 followed by your Payment ID number.
4. Select YES to make payment, make sure the invoice amount is accurate.

c.  KlikBCA Virtual Account Online

1. Select TRANSFER and VIRTUAL ACCOUNT.
2. Enter UPH Virtual Account Code 75109 followed by your Payment ID number. 3. Select CONTINUE to check the invoice amount and the suitability of the data.
3. Enter ResponsKey BCA then select SEND to make payment.

d.  m-BCA Virtual Account Online

1. Select TRANSFER and VIRTUAL ACCOUNT.
2. Enter UPH Virtual Account Code 75109 followed by your Payment ID number.
3. Select SEND to check the invoice amount and the suitability of the data.
4. Enter the m-BCA PIN for authorization and make payment.

e.  Bank Mandiri ATM

1. Select PAYMENT/PURCHASE.
2. Choose MULTI PAYMENT/EDUCATION.
3. Enter the UPH Code 10028 followed by your Payment ID number.
4. Select YES to make payment, make sure the invoice amount is accurate.

f.  Bank Mandiri Internet Banking

1. Select PAYMENT.
2. Select EDUCATION PAYMENT.
3. Enter the UPH Code 10028 followed by your Payment ID number.
4. Give CHECKMARK to the place provided to make payment.
5. Check the invoice amount and the suitability of the data, then select CONTINUE.
6. Enter your NUMBERS and TOKEN for authorization and make payments.

g.  Bank Mandiri Teller

1. Use the Multi Payment Form available at Bank Mandiri.
2. Complete the following data on the form:
   • Recipient : YUPH (Yayasan Universitas Pelita Harapan)
   • Customer ID : Your Payment ID Number
   • Depositor : Name, address and telephone number of the account owner
   • Purpose : Payment of Tuition Fee 2019/2020
   • Currency : Rupiah
   • Deposit Type : Rupiah or Debit Account
   • Amount : Left blank (filled in and confirmed by the bank)
   • Signature : Signature of the depositor
